Pros

An awesome company, creative and digital, at the leading edge of Digital, Agile and Design thinking. Supportive leadership, innovative, growing. Positive and lively social environment. Highly skilled colleagues doing great work for major brands. Collaborative and supportive. Fast paced with regular working hours. It's very rare to work weekends or after 6pm. Great place to learn and grow. Dogs and Bicycles in the office in Richmond.

Cons

It's hard to get in. The technical interviews can be bruising to your ego. Fakers and lazy, mediocre people are not tolerated. There were redundancies when a major client closed down a large team.

Pros

Management invites input from people at all levels, so you feel like you're helping shape the business. The company has a reputation for doing great technical work, particularly in e-commerce development, so a lot of retail clients are interested in working with IE. There is a good culture; everyone works well together and seem to get along socially as well. The office itself is really cool and conducive to collaborative work, and its location in Richmond is great. Christmas parties are always awesome.

Cons

You need to be proactive in growing your career; it isn't always clear what the next step is in career development. And if you are very good at a particular thing, you can get pigeon-holed there even when it's time to extend yourself.

Pros

- Deep levels of trust - Independent - Flexibility of work hours and work location - Supportive environment where you will be able to grow your career and your experience - Ability to deliver engaging experiences for some of Australia's biggest companies

Cons

- Often a fast paced environment where you need to stay hungry to learn. Not a place to hide but a place to demonstrate initiative and drive. If you are after a slower paced environment then other opportunities might suit you better.
