Pros
This company is well run with a strong management team, and knowledgeable senior staff. They know their business very well. Extensive training was provided, both with a comprehensive and well-put together handbook although most of my training was on-the-fly. The office is in a nice secure building in Culver City that is roomy enough for the 30-40 employees that work here. The company is very thorough with their pre-employment questions and screening and upfront about their expectations of you. If you show up, and are positive and do the work that you are expected to do then you will be fine! Don't expect to skate by doing the bare minimum here because management does have high expectations, but I feel like the support that they offer while going through your tasks makes one have high expectations of themselves.
Cons
Sometimes the office is too hot or too cold!
