Lots of mandatory overtime, not enough skilled labor so you have no technician when they actually get to take a day off, no improvements to anything ever, hyper focused on new areas and left old ones to die. Literally telling you that your line isn’t a priority. Expect you to do the job of 2-3 people and work that you don’t get paid for when they’re short handed. No pay raise in 2.5 years. Health insurance is crap.
