Pros

- Pretty solid place to stack your resume if you landed an internship at this place as a year 2 bachelor student or year 1 or even poly - If offered full-time, you have a pretty good number of annual leaves for SME standard

Cons

- Not too good if you are year 3 and above. Main project given is pretty interesting but the team I am in the supervisor gives me a lot of menial side tasks to complete with unclear instructions and expectations are constantly changing so I struggle to complete the tasks properly. I picked this company because the project was interesting but if I knew I had to spend so much time on the menial tasks I would have avoided this company. - Intern pay is pretty low as well, wfh is on a request basis having to provide a reason to your supervisor - Hearsay full-time compensation is not even at the 25th percentile for fresh grad tech roles. If I have to give a number, I'd say closer to 10th percentile. (My supervisors live in rented houses soo...) - Company is not really hiring much anyways, don't expect a return offer.
