Pros
Most management is amazing. The company is very family oriented and they believe in allowing people to take off for church. Many companies today do not agree with that. There are great customers, and you really do get to know them very well.
Cons
You are not really recognized (or paid) for what you do. You better like what you do, otherwise you will be miserable. Some of the managment have gossiping problems, just like teenagers! It's crazy. I have heard them talk so horribly and disrespectful of not only other employees and customers, but eachother as well.
