literally nothing aside from maybe befriending a coworker or even customer
Cons
no benefits, incredibly exploitative, awful management. when i worked there in 2015~ as the youngest employee, they would have me work the longest shifts (some going as far as 13 hours with one half hour break) so they could spend the absolute least amount possible on wages. the conveyer belts also didnt work on a lot of the machines so youd break your back reaching for items or manually dragging the belt all day
