Co-workers are very nice and supportive. All realize they are in the same situation.

is is the worst place that i have ever worked at. You are blamed for things that are out of your control and are bullied by management and attacked, lies are made up so that management look good and they try to make everyone below them look bad They expect you to work ridiculous hours. No one ever says thank you or appreciates any of the hard work you put in. I wouldnt even recommend my worst enemy to work here. The company does not care about its employees. They will lie and sneak around without any kind of communication. They use people and when they are down with them, they throw them away without batting an eye. They owners only care about making money for themselves.

Everything is done locally, so you're able to see first hand how the process of design and manufacturing works. It's also a very small company, so your input can be heard easily.

Management tends to not be supportive of their employees or provide them with the tools and resources for them to successfully do their job or advance in their career. Additionally, there is not a Human Resource department in this organization so sensitive matters, concerns or logistical issues aren't handled properly if handled at all. All of this lends itself to a hostile environment where employees are often frustrated and are unable to stay long term with this company
