One of the worst institution ever.Lot of politics.Unprofessional staff and very egoistic.Dont expect any motivation

Manner less staff will target you if you will work well ,politics expects more work like a donkey in very less pay.Not at all a fair place for hardworking person because you will get targeted.Remove people who does not do any work and not the one who does.Dont listen to gossip of any employee and judge them without any evidence and stop other staff to peep into anyone personal life.No transparency at all.Not at all a fair place.

-Time to work on yourself -Good opportunities for networking and connection -Some courses are really good

-Pathetic people and work culture -No Communication except blames/punishments/penalties for every little thing -The loneliness and its reverence as a sacred part of research, while not letting the person do actual research until their ego is massaged!
