      Pros

      - Chill life, and really supportive faculty. - Lot of opportunities in terms of learning and growing in professional life.

      Cons

      - As it is a new IIM, it will still take some time to establish itself firmly. Alumni networking is great, but as the college was just set up in 2011, the alumni network is not too big for now.

      -Time to work on yourself -Good opportunities for networking and connection -Some courses are really good

      Cons

      -Pathetic people and work culture -No Communication except blames/punishments/penalties for every little thing -The loneliness and its reverence as a sacred part of research, while not letting the person do actual research until their ego is massaged!
