Lack of accountability Not enough training but also want performance. Lack of staffing leads to mandatory OT to meet demand.

None. Some coworkers are great. Others not so much. Alot of laziness and entitlement.

Short staffed. Have to do multiple jobs while others get to sit around on their phones. Some supervisors are absolutely useless here. HR and management is non existent, especially at night. They can't seem to complete one project before starting another. Positions are often filled without ever being posted internally or externally.
