Hostile work environment - Anonymous employee IKA Employee Review

Dear "current anonymous employee", It is really sad to see this as a post on here rather than having a constructive conversation about your feelings working in the organization. We are focusing on interviewing and hiring great personnel, looking to grow our sales and marketing initiatives, developing great quality products for our different divisions, continuing to work hard and do our best in creating jobs, securing jobs for our employees and investing into the Wilmington facility. We are excited to give back through charitable events, offering subsidized lunches and free yoga sessions to our employees. While we unfortunately cannot do anything about negative sentiments that are directed to harm our company efforts rather than offer any meaningful insights, we look forward to accomplishing our tasks and targets. If you are indeed a current employee, I kindly ask you to step forward and share face-to-face what can be improved so you don't have to get through each day.
