Pros

The building is one of the best and most modern architectural structures in Wilmington. That’s about it. A lot of your warehouse and non-managerial staff are good people.

Cons

They are about a decade behind and real OEMs. Their ERP system is a joke. If you are a salaried employee, you have to clock in every day as if you’re punching in for a shift down at the coal mine. Every hr is accounted for. They will deduct money out of your paycheck or take hrs away from your vacation time for doctors appts, taking your kid to events, etc. Family owned businesses live by what the call the three generational rule. First generation busts his butt to get the company started and running. Second generation tries to build off that of go with the status-quo. The third generation doesn’t have the get up and go and become disconnected from the companies roots and want to cash out.

Pros

This is the most friendly and caring office I have ever worked at. The management team goes out of their way to make sure that you are happy and enjoy working here. The benefits are top tier.

Cons

The only office option is in Wilmington, Having the option to work from home for all employees not just account managers would be ideal.
