      Pros

      Only if you are an engineer, the work is interesting as you own your product

      Cons

      throat-cutting culture from management and colleagues, Managing Director (Malaysia) even try to spark fire between employees. Very pessimistic views on everything. Very skillful in lipservicing, the acts show opposite values. Managements are those who try too hard to impress their bosses (B players), so they keep on employing C players. Be prepared to work around uninspired people.

      Pros

      This is the most friendly and caring office I have ever worked at. The management team goes out of their way to make sure that you are happy and enjoy working here. The benefits are top tier.

      Cons

      The only office option is in Wilmington, Having the option to work from home for all employees not just account managers would be ideal.

      Pros

      Excellent company that’s takes care employees and offers opportunity for growth for go-getters. The benefits and paid time off are excellent.

      Cons

      Dead weight employees are not reprimanded so the slack is picked up by others. Poor management in past years has set limited company growth
