Pros

Nothing to say about pros

Cons

- Poor management practices that negatively impact employee experience. - Lack of genuine concern for employees’ well-being. - Management often appears supportive but fails to provide real assistance. - Although the company promotes a “family” culture, there is little understanding or empathy in practice. - Requesting urgent leave, childcare leave, or family care leave requires excessive proof (e.g., photos or documentation), making the process stressful. - Inconsistent communication from leadership — for example, the steering team may deny overtime while store management approves it. - Approved leave can be disrupted without proper notice, with employees being asked to return to work mid-week. - Limited or no clear career progression within the company. - Salary practices may lack transparency and fairness, with compensation not aligned to qualifications, and employees being asked to sign salary-related agreements (e.g., NOD forms). - Strong presence of favoritism in the workplace, affecting morale and fairness. - The company’s stated values, mission, and culture are not reflected in day-to-day operations, leading to a negative work environment. - Some managers may use threatening language or behavior, creating additional stress and a lack of psychological safety at work.

Pros

Good work environment Pay is good Job keeps you busy

Cons

Lack of communication with leadership and coworkers. Leadership seems to have favorites Schedule takes too long to make Seems that there's people who would like the be full time or part time that are temporary right now aren't getting the positions. Feels like nepotism but maybe I'm wrong. Getting responses like you didn't get the job because you didn't answer your interview questions right just seems unnecessary The amount of drama happening is getting out of hand and leadership doesn't seem to care
