Leadership and expectations - Replenishment Associate IKEA Employee Review

The higher the postion they are the lazier they seem ro be. They walk around countless hours not lifting a finger to help despite the work load some days. They tell people what to do while standing in a circle and talkling eachothers ears off while the rest of us work. I feel like a pawn peice in a chess game getting told "do this and do that FOR ME" Thier lack of leadership is at an all time low. What i look for in a real true leader is that "you work because you want to not because you have to" -Leon Johnson
