Pros
Room to move around within the company. They encourage anyone starting at the bottom to work their way up. There are many different departments as well that are suitable to start a career with. Also have great benefits, starting at working only 20 hours per week.
Cons
Have to sometimes deal with very unpleasant and irate customers. You're also constantly maintaining the department as customers tend to make it very unorganized, especially on the weekends.
