      + The Homesmart BA that built the DIRIGERA Hub was pretty isolated from the rest of the organisation, which is a good thing when it comes to innovation. + Pay is good!

      Cons

      - IKEA is a huge and slow moving organisation, sometimes that trickled down to Homesmart as well. With the re-org and removal of BA Homesmart, I assume this is even more prevalent today. - HR can be a bit pushy about the "IKEA culture"
