ILX Group Response
1yWe carry out an annual employee survey and measure the engagement levels of our our employees. At the last survey we measured 4.1 out of 5 and are pleased with our score. We also measure our Net promotor score which is how likely an employee will recommend ILX Group to a friend or colleague, we score 10. Anything above 0 is considered good and this demonstrates our employees are more loyal than not. We take learning and feedback from our surveys and aim for continuous improvement.
