You have to suck up to management and be careful of what you say. If you happen to say something they dont like, you will be targeted. Company has no structure. The boss say what, you do what. Including the higher management cause they all don't have any say and don't dare to 'defy' the company god but they all stay long because they get under table benefits. Only higher management get all the good benefit. People below just get trashed on and is suppose to accept that and apologise. Also always like to use the excuse saying the pay is higher here compared to outside and use that to press employees. Can get away by being the good and hard working employee by always complaining and telling everyone you got a lot to do. Toxic place. Some people try to outshine and gets the boss attention to get paid overseas trip but try to hide from everyone. Try to pressure some into doin what they want but if someone else try to do the same, cannot. Constantly trying to pull people down and complain over the smallest things because they think they are the best and have the authority to do karen stuff when they are really disrupting the whole company dynamics. Join if you like working with someone who loves to climb the corporate ladder while being rude to colleagues unless you are higher management. Also, take leave and mc need to see people face one. They say they offer one month off during cny break to sound nice but make sure you dont take any leave or prepared to get complained. You are forced to clear all 14 days but still need to work and be contactable. A lot of infidelity in the within the higher management too lol

Salary is high if you have contacts or if you are friends of the higher Management Team, being pretty is a huge plus point. No commission for sales teams, no sales therefore more work life balance. Being Competent is not that important, just need to know how to communicate with the higher management. Job opportunities are still pretty good. Great learning opportunity and exposure.

The higher your Rank and salary, the longer your salary will be delayed. Between 3 months to a year, complain about salary delay and you might get laid off. No Retrenchment benefit and no bonuses. You might get laid off anytime.
