While I enjoyed my work, I hated my time at this company. Absolutely toxic environment, I’d say. Lots of verbal abuses, threats and what not from the bosses. You are not allowed to disagree with the management. Everyone just have to go with whatever the management says because they always have the upperhand to your job and you are always told that you must be grateful for your job (and therefore, don’t complain). Staff are forced to go on infinite pay cut since the pandemic, but the company continues to hold concerts and events at the expense of our pay cut. Also, there is no leader we can follow in this company. Everyone’s just following instructions all the time. Turnover rate is so high and it’s not surprising at all.
