The company has brought structure, procedures, and a process-driven mentality both to customer work and internally. The team is fun to work with, and leadership shows that they care about all employees and strive to help them succeed and advance their career.

You'll never be bored a day in your life at IMPACT. There's always a new challenge, something to learn, or something new to try. Ideas and experiments are typically welcome. It's truly a team of world class people who are committed to doing great work. It's very rare to feel like anyone here isn't doing their part and possibly going above and beyond.

Cons

Things change fast and often. You have to be comfortable with that and be ready to go with the flow. It's an absolute must.
