Pros

1- Good company for freshers and people starting their career. 2- Supportive colleagues and helpful teammates. 3- Good office infrastructure. 4- Opportunity to learn recruitment/business processes and improve communication skills. 5- Exposure to working with clients and handling real-time business requirements. 5- Professional environment that helps build discipline and time management. 6- Decent brand value for gaining experience and future career growth.

Cons

1. Unreasonable Phone Policy Employees are required to submit their phones in lockers, and failure to do so results in a ₹1,000 fine. Even during emergencies, no exceptions are made, all in the name of data security. The policy feels excessively rigid and inhumane. 2. Toxic Work Culture The workplace culture is extremely poor. Favoritism and bias are rampant. While some clients and AEs are decent, internal management is heavily driven by politics rather than fairness or merit. 3. Excessive Gossip and Negativity Backbiting and gossip are deeply rooted in the culture. The environment makes it difficult for employees to focus on work or maintain peace of mind. 4. Constant Guilt and Pressure Management creates a constant sense of guilt around work. No matter how much effort you put in, you are made to feel inadequate, which eventually damages morale and mental well-being. Even if you perform exceptionally well, there is little to no recognition unless you are among the managers’ favorite employees. Awards and appreciation are often driven by favoritism rather than actual performance. What is even more disappointing is the lack of confidentiality from HR. If an employee raises concerns and is assured that the complaint will remain confidential, that trust is often broken. In many cases, the very next day the concerned employee becomes a target, as their identity gets disclosed to management, leading to bias, retaliation, and unnecessary harassment. 5. Poor Incentive Structure The incentive system is disappointing. Closing a profile that successfully joins earns only ₹1,200 as a one-time payout, which is extremely low compared to industry standards across India. 6. Harsh Attendance Rules There is almost no flexibility regarding attendance. Even being one minute late can lead to half-day salary deduction unless regularized. Employees are allowed only four such regularizations per month; the fifth instance directly results in salary loss. 7. Weak Compensation and Poor Exit Process Compensation is not competitive. Even during Full & Final settlement, employees are made to wait excessively—often 60 days or more, with documents taking 80+ days. HR follow-up is frustrating, as calls and emails frequently go unanswered, reflecting poor professionalism and lack of basic courtesy. 8. Unprofessional Management Certain managers, especially in ORS US 2 Division and the IT State Client department, display highly unprofessional behavior. They pressure employees into working extra hours and use guilt as a tool to force compliance, creating an unhealthy and exhausting work environment.
