You get paid on productivity. So head down and get to work. No fluff and drama, which is great. The job is easy and they run a tight ship which I appreciate. I had to move an hour away, so I left, but I would have stayed for sure.

It's very repetitive, but they tell you that, so it's also expected.

Benefits are *okay* compared to most places it's a step

Don't expect to move anywhere unless you become part of the inner circle of favourites. It's a little insulting to see experience means nothing here.
