Pros

Concepts and initiatives are good, but they are executed terribly.

Cons

The company fronts as authentic, caring and genuinely wanting to make a difference, but beneath this is a hideously toxic culture encouraging unrealistic expectations, countless hours of unpaid overtime, and blame pushing. Staff turnover is shockingly high due to team members being thrown into projects with no knowledge or guidance on the subject and then being held accountable to constantly evolving impossible KPIs and targets. Nobody has any real idea of the sector they are operating in and the company lacks leaderships in educating newcomers on how to get from A to B, they are merely given a visionary spiel to mask the lack of direction.

Pros

Found good colleague's who supports you.

Cons

Working here was one of the worst experiences of my career. There is absolutely no direction decisions change overnight, and leadership has no clue what they’re doing. Senior positions are handed out to people with no real qualifications or experience, just based on who they know. The management culture is toxic. Some managers are openly disrespectful, manipulative, and leave employees with lasting stress. Instead of supporting the team, they create chaos and tension. People who spoke up or tried to bring positive change eventually left. Employees are pushed to work unrealistic hours, take on endless tasks, and then, without warning, are made redundant because of poor planning and failed funding. There is no vision, no strategy, and no care for the people who actually do the work. This company is a sinking ship. If you value your career, your time, or your mental health, avoid it at all costs.
