Working here was one of the worst experiences of my career. There is absolutely no direction decisions change overnight, and leadership has no clue what they’re doing. Senior positions are handed out to people with no real qualifications or experience, just based on who they know.
The management culture is toxic. Some managers are openly disrespectful, manipulative, and leave employees with lasting stress. Instead of supporting the team, they create chaos and tension. People who spoke up or tried to bring positive change eventually left.
Employees are pushed to work unrealistic hours, take on endless tasks, and then, without warning, are made redundant because of poor planning and failed funding. There is no vision, no strategy, and no care for the people who actually do the work.
This company is a sinking ship. If you value your career, your time, or your mental health, avoid it at all costs.
