Pros

I absolutely loved my summer internship at INK & ROSES. It was amazing to be able to gain work experience at a small PR agency and have hands-on tasks to complete with the team. I was able to dive right into meaningful projects and work alongside everyone in the company, from the team in NY to the team in the field, and this greatly helped me develop my PR skills. Everyone I worked with was very knowledgable and helpful, and I learned so many new things about the PR industry during my time at the company. The INK & ROSES team is filled with passionate and fun people, and I would certainly recommend working here to anyone who is interested in the world of Public Relations. The work environment is fast-paced and ever-changing, so it's never a dull day at the office. This dynamic environment is what keeps the energy up at the office, and most importantly, what keeps the jobs at INK & ROSES so interesting and exciting!

Cons

Small agency work isn't for everyone, but if you're passionate about the work you do and you love a close-knit team environment, INK & ROSES will be the perfect place for you!

Pros

Team members at a certain level were supportive and hardworking, and there was some exposure to different areas of the business.

Cons

Leadership lacks clear direction and strategic understanding. Employees are underpaid relative to workload and expectations. There is a pattern of taking advantage of team members’ time and effort, with little recognition or growth opportunity. If you push back or advocate for reasonable boundaries, it is not well received and can impact job security. Processes are disorganized, priorities constantly shift, and decision-making is inconsistent. For anyone coming from a more established or reputable organization, the lack of structure and expertise is very apparent.
