INODE is a company that strives to be the best in all they do, including how they treat their employees. Rather than being strictly concerned with growing business, they're concerned with growing each individual team member and giving them the opportunity to develop their skills and evolve professionally. The team, as a result, is a group of motivated, creative and highly collaborative individuals. From the CEO down, the team is fun, down-to-Earth, and open to new ideas. As a remote-based company, schedules are highly flexible and encourage true work-life balance. INDOE is, hands-down, the best company I have ever worked for.
Cons
Because the company is remote-based, scheduling meetings with other team members can sometimes take a few days. However, I have found that everyone is very flexible and conscious of the other party's time zone.
