The team, as a result, is a group of motivated, creative and highly collaborative individuals. From the CEO down, the team is fun, down-to-Earth, and open to new ideas. As a remote-based company, schedules are highly flexible and encourage true work-life balance. INDOE is, hands-down, the best company I have ever worked for.

I cannot say enough about this company! The knowledge that each person possesses is incredible on it's own. When you put together the team of amazing minds with the inspiration that inode ink has, it's truly an impressive place. The culture that the CEO, Khai, has put into play is creative and collaborative, which is hard to achieve and maintain with a remote company. However, Khai keeps that culture true to inode ink's values and it is contagious to all that come in contact with it. The passion that is obviously present at inode ink, is woven into every fiber of the team and service. Every employee holds true to that fire to do the best, as the best, and never except less. The importance of the customer and their success/satisfaction with their solution is very valued here and it is a key driver of all employees.
