Pros
Ok salary + very good Bonus. Steady work environment. Go work here if u want a steady place to work if u are contempt with not developing yourself at work or ur career.
Cons
Does not trust employees. HR is protecting the company at all cost, it does not see people and competence as an asset that can be developed. Big nepotism and other poor recruitment practices. Many good policies but they are poorly practiced for the benefit of saving money. "Security always comes first" except when it comes to money. No training or investment in developing employees. No management training for middle management which takes a huge toll on work environment for blue-collar workers. No reward system or motivation for employees that work extra hard or do something good/extraordinary. Poor work load management and everyone is expected to stay and work beyond regular hours without compensation.
