Able to make a difference, this could have been included in the cons as it is easily achievable because the companies management and working practices are so outdate.
Cons
Ingrained old boys network means poor inappropriate management structure people are promoted beyond their ability. Pay scales are meaningless as the goal posts continually move resulting in no possibility of betterment. Outdate working practices make the work far more difficult than they need to be and cause frustration and huge costs to the company.
