Pros
1. Dynamic and interesting workplace, it has enormous potentital for growth and development as an organization. 2. Access to great training and professional development opportunities for both INSEAD certifications (very valuable and world wide recognised) and, external training certifciates. 3. Wonderful health insurance 4. Great work-life balance. I truly appreciated that my manager took very seriously the well-being and health of all members in the team, a truly valuable attitude that not all managers know how to develope. 5. Multicultural environment. I personally enjoy this aspect, it presents some challenges, specially when communicating ideas/projects, but at the same time this allows you to develop much better communication skills and professional empathy. 6. Possibility of travelling and work in different campuses (France, Singapore, Abu Dhabi, San Francisco), if you enjoy that. 7. Good salary and bonus scheme.
Cons
1. Operationally, this is a complex organization. Decision-making can become extremely complex and slow due to the involvement of too many teams and different interests and agendas. In many cases this is frustrating, stressful and lot of work ends up being a huge waste of time and resources. 2. For now, career opportunities or advance for instructional designers are poor or null.
