Great coworkers and fulfilling work

Unsure about stability of the company as well as the industry at this time

Benefits are good, work life balance is outstanding, pay is competitive, employees are all very talented and friendly

Higher ups have made extremely poor financial choices over the past few years, and as a result budgets have increasingly tightened and layoffs have happened multiple times, the company is great to work for but the future here seems highly unstable, seriously doubt they are going to exist in a few years
