Needs improvement - Underwriting Assistant INSURHAUS Employee Review

I'm fairly new here but I'm really impressed with the postivie atmosphere. Management goes out of their way to make you feel like part of a family and let you know that they appreciate your effort. In the short time I've been here I can see so much opportunity if you're willing to work for it.

I've found in this industry there doesn't seem to be a lot of training and I think Insurhaus could use some improvement in this area. If you've got initiative and experience you can really make things happen here but it might be a little overwhelming if you're new to the industry.

We care about our customers, how you might ask? well, for starters, we want our customers to have the best coverage's. Also language is not a barrier, since we have bilingual agents, from Spanish, English, Russian, and Lithuanian. Management treats you like family, and you actually like coming to work, Monday's do not seem like Mondays since you are busy helping customers.

Like every other company and work environment, there are come Cons. One con would be since you are too busy working with customer there really isn't any time to socialize with coworkers, but when ever you need help, you can always count with a coworker to help you with any problem that you might encounter.
