-Severely understaffed.
-Any training that may or may not be given is hilariously inadequate.
-Existing resources could be brilliant, but management fails to inspire & motivate.
-Employees are viewed as a resource to be expended, no motivation to grow outside of becoming more valuable for the company's use.
-An excessive number of internal meetings pollute calendars under the guise of uncovering roadblocks. What is supposed to accelerate employees exists purely as a way for management to micro-manage and waste time company-wide as each employee goes under the microscope for ridicule and criticism from management in a public forum. Daily.
-Management lacks empathy on all levels from personal emergencies to bandwidth availability among staff.
-Workload quantity and diversity increases exponentially. Salary increases minimally. When addressed, all new and to-be-defined duties are somehow already "part of the job".
-Instruction & guidance are minimal, positive feedback virtually non-existent, harsh criticism abundant.
-HR staffing and policies are laughable.
-Benefits package is scant.
-10 PTO days a year, use it or lose it. No increase for tenure/seniority.
-Annual review process is a joke at best, and at worst offensive and morale-killing.
-Giving feedback on projects is awkwardly forced and then consistently ignored.
