Pros

Only pro for this company is that you get to work with the trading community. Frankly you can do that anywhere.

Cons

Worst company to work for and it starts at the top with management. Leadership is a complete joke and if your a woman looking to join this company don’t waste your time you will be bullied and harassed daily by the men of this company and no one will defend you they will actually tell you to ignore it and keep your head down. The only way to survive here is to keep under the radar do the bare minimum and don’t ask questions or try to make things better. No systems zero processes everything is manual constant internal fighting and pushing off work to other departments therefore accomplishing nothing for the clients who wait weeks for a resolution. Make sure your on the right side of management talk about a high school click environment is against them mentality. Some employees brag about being there for years or just means they’ve stabbed enough people in the back and face to skate for years while doing the absolute minimum. Leadership will take all your ideas have you work 15+ hours and never give you credit for what you accomplished so they look better but then have no way of implementing the work you created. Unless you fraud the system or participate in fraudulent activity you become an immediate target because that’s how the leadership team gets these nice fat bonuses while they pay the employees garbage. HR is a complete joke from top town be careful very careful once they have eyes set on you they will make sure that you remain a target instead of doing the right thing by the employees. Benefits are terrible salaries are below average no pay increase that actually matter remember leadership needs to get paid for doing nothing. Stay far away from this place.

Pros

The health insurance was actually fine, I guess.

Cons

Nothing was ever organized - you'd get requests with no context, priorities would flip three times a week, and we were constantly redoing work because nobody communicated what they actually wanted. The systems didn't talk to each other, spreadsheets were duplicated everywhere, and there was just this endless cycle of firefighting instead of fixing anything at the root. I spent more time digging for information and clarifying requirements than actually doing the job itself, which honestly gets exhausting. It felt like people just accepted that everything was chaotic, and nobody bothered to push back or implement anything better. By the end I was burned out, just running in circles while management acted like operations were somebody else's problem.
