Really solid place to work - Anonymous IPD Analytics Employee Review

IPD Analytics is a growing company working in an interesting space within healthcare. The company attracts smart people who are good to work with. The working environment is great, such that people collaborate well and in my experience, they don't pass the blame around when things go wrong. The CEO cares about employees and makes a great effort to get to know everyone. Also, there's very little bureaucracy... if you need something or have suggestions, it's very clear who to talk to. Overall, a really solid company to work for.
