Pros

Flexible working hours. Ability to work remotely. Worked directly with clients where the sense of responsibility was 100% to the client. Ownership of your own work.

Cons

Although hours are flexibly and work can be done remotely, there was no work/life balance for many of the employees. Difficult to take time off. Communicating with the Chennai team was never ending. Constantly training new team members. Upper Management didn't recognize or reward hard work and dedication. Knowledgeable team members carry the weight of less knowledgeable Account Manager creating morale issues. Once you are hired into a position, there is very little possibility of promotion or advancement.

Great people, great technology, and building a great process. These guys will be the industry leader in their market space before long.

Cons

Not convinced the President has a strong ethical foundation.
