Pros

Work from home hybrid set up

Cons

Heavy workload and understaffed. Favoritism is encouraged. No transparency when it comes to performance bonuses and merit increases. Very subjective performance review. They care about the client but not about the employees. Communication gaps everywhere, from top management to HR to employees leading to confusion and frustration. Overly focused on time tracker as if you are an hourly worker. They based your performance on time tracker. They implement rules and new policies without proper consideration and communication.

Pros

Flexible working hours. Ability to work remotely. Worked directly with clients where the sense of responsibility was 100% to the client. Ownership of your own work.

Cons

Although hours are flexibly and work can be done remotely, there was no work/life balance for many of the employees. Difficult to take time off. Communicating with the Chennai team was never ending. Constantly training new team members. Upper Management didn't recognize or reward hard work and dedication. Knowledgeable team members carry the weight of less knowledgeable Account Manager creating morale issues. Once you are hired into a position, there is very little possibility of promotion or advancement.

Pros

WFH set up, company extra curricular activities.

Cons

Management itself lacks accountability and does not support employees adequately. Sometimes, individuals are promoted based on friendships rather than their leadership capabilities. Employees are overworked, and if they don’t put in extra hours, it is assumed they aren’t doing their job. Some leads have inflated egos, encouraged by management favoritism, and they often undermine high performers, either due to personal dislike or because those individuals have the courage to speak up. Document falsification occurs at times. Raising issues is often met with personal retaliation. There is no process documentation. Even company policies are not readily available. Internet and laptops are slow, some laptops / computers are outdated and is beyond 10 years. the company does not offer additional training or career growth opportunities, and salaries and benefits are not competitive with market rates. They will make you feel you owe them your performance increase. HR personnel are influenced by management, leading to a lack of independent oversight and resulting in issues like favoritism, unfair treatment, and a lack of accountability.
