Pros

Only Pro is the team is good to work with.

Cons

Leadership especially the CEO who has no idea how to manage people or a company. Extremely unprofessional, rude, not easy to work with and makes you feel like you are worthy. You never know what mood they are in and what you will get when you go in. The turnover in this company is so high, that if you make it past your 90 day period your unlucky. I would not be surprised that this company does not have plenty of wrongful termination cases pending.

Pros

This place is great! You can tell it’s a European company because they know how to treat their employees! The office is spacious & clean with a huge cafeteria, outdoor eating area with a waterfall, gym & amazing coffee machines with all the accoutrements! Everything is clean & streamlined. Mgmt gives praise when praise is due. On Mondays they provide breakfast! Everyone is very nice & friendly. Oh yeah, they have a slide on the 2nd floor that goes down to the first! Fun! There is a lot of work & everyone is committed to doing their part.

Cons

I haven’t come across any cons yet!

Pros

Medical and Dental are free.

Cons

I cannot recommend IQAir as a workplace for anyone seeking a professional, supportive environment. The company's leadership, particularly the CEO, fosters a toxic atmosphere that makes it incredibly difficult for employees to thrive. The CEO's behavior is borderline abusive, with no regard for the well-being or contributions of the staff. There is a complete lack of accountability at all levels, and it’s evident that no one is held responsible for the dysfunction that pervades the company. Additionally, the working conditions are horrendous. Favoritism is rampant, with some employees receiving special treatment while others are left to fend for themselves in a high-pressure, under-resourced environment. It’s a deeply unhealthy culture where hard work and dedication are not recognized unless you’re part of the CEO’s inner circle. If you're looking for a company that values its employees, fosters accountability, and provides fair treatment, IQAir is definitely not the place for you. The leadership needs a serious overhaul, and until that happens, I would highly advise against working here.
