      Pros

      Only Pro is the team is good to work with.

      Cons

      Leadership especially the CEO who has no idea how to manage people or a company. Extremely unprofessional, rude, not easy to work with and makes you feel like you are worthy. You never know what mood they are in and what you will get when you go in. The turnover in this company is so high, that if you make it past your 90 day period your unlucky. I would not be surprised that this company does not have plenty of wrongful termination cases pending.

      The team culture is excellent, with smooth internal collaboration and a strong focus on achieving results.

      Cons

      There are also some veteran employees who rest on their laurels, content to coast along like old white rabbits, showing no ambition to advance.

      Abrupt ending with no feedback

      Pros

      - Good company culture, with everyone getting along - Flexible work schedule, with a good work-life balance. - Great benefits, and you’re working with a high-end premium product of air purifiers. - On-site location is a pretty cool place to work at.

      Cons

      - Communication & feedback is incredibly hectic & uncoordinated. Sometimes you’ll be asked to update one, isolated part, and be reprimanded for not updating the entire project. - I was suddenly called into an HR meeting and informed of my immediate termination. I have had positive relationships across my team, so this decision was a complete shock. The decision was presented as final, with no opportunity to discuss it directly with my manager or receive any constructive feedback on areas for improvement. The process was abrupt and unprofessional, leaving me with no closure or understanding of their stated concerns.
