They are desperate so it is easy to be hired and start your job.
Cons
They create a miserable work environment where they do not listen to your needs or concerns about safety, wage, hours, or anything else. They will keep mistakes you have made hidden from you and then turn then around to weaponize them against you and manipulate you into do more work for them than reasonable. They also use HR as a tool to manipulate and avoid giving promotions and raises. They promise raises when you are hired then fail to fulfill those promises. They pretend to listen and will give you empty promises but they never intend to actually fulfill them. They lie on their Audits and about their efforts to help their team and take care of their employees. At the end of the day they only care if you accomplished the unsurmountable amount of tasks you are given while management disappears and is nowehere to be found. They see no problem in keeping employees there 12 to 14 hours a day rather than working together to give a reasonable work-life balance.
