Pros
Your day to day varies tremendously based on the client(s) you're working with. Generally very flexible and many options to move around within the company which is awesome.
Cons
Initiatives to have daily check-ins and planning meetings despite not necessarily having a lot of functional overlap with teammates. Takes away a lot of autonomy especially. Prefer to work independently.
