Pros

You will get a paycheck. Mind you its paper, and it will be passed out on payday at 5pm, just in time for you to NOT make it to the bank that day. (So boiler room-esque) Very good about EOE.

Cons

*executives hired are not of the caliber of qualifications for the roles they attained there. Not one executive in power that I saw that caliber of qualifications shown. (Case in point grammar used in previous review to this one) *executives and employees would have cost the company millions of dollars for being sued based on HR liabilities. I saw numerous occasions of rules broken. Textbook HR liabilities told me there was zero training in exec, employee, recruiting, etc and the list goes on. *the products are repeatedly being re-branded to be resold under new VC, new name. Painful to be a part of. *ceo and executive meetings about experiences and stories rather than assistance in job betterment, increase in company morale, or overall product assistance. *zero and I mean ZERO training *zero leadership *know that's 99%of execs are not trained for their role and hired as actors *I was hired on by the Macate recruiter and advised there were already customers. There were none. *I was advised that the technology was above and before its time. There weren't even competitors yet. That couldn't be further from the truth. Being lied to in an interview should be illegal. That is wrong. Let's put it this way, I'm so embarrassed about this company that the stint I was there, I DO NOT want it on my resume. Waste of my precious time. If you like Disneyland. If you like rides. Then this company AKA Mr. Toads Wild ride is for you!
