      Pros

      A lot of varied work to keep you busy and interested.

      Cons

      The owner/boss can change his projects on a whim. Doesnt understand the meaning of personal time.

      Pros

      Boss was hands-off, mainly because the office ran like a skeleton crew and we were sometimes left to our own devices.

      Cons

      No direction, owner is selective about his inner network (all attractive women, BTW), can't get a product to market. I'm convinced this is a patent troll company.
