Pros
The hours were good when there is work as you can work as many or little hours as you wish as long as you reach your goal. Most of the managers I dealt with were professional, easy to talk to and were always willing to help
Cons
The training department is subpar at most. If you have a question you are directed to training and they tend to not have a direct answer for you, or it will be different depending on who you talk to. They need to get on the same page. For the most part they were friendly/professional, with the exception of one individual who I interviewed with. She is unprofessional and if you have a question and she is the one that answers, well good luck because the response is almost always rude. She should definitely not be in a department where she has to answer any questions/review any work or talk to anyone for that matter.
