Work from home based office.
Cons
Micromanagement at its finest. Unrealistic expectations. When meeting or exceeding said expectations they find every way to not compensate your agreed upon commission structure. Constant conference calls. Constant emails about numbers. Literally daily. Management is extremely poor.
