Pros
extremely flexible with employees taking days off. they do not reprimand you if you come in late in the morning. very lax environment. I like the routine nature of the work and the hours. they are good with giving verbal praise and appreciation if you work hard.
Cons
they only give raises after a year of employment, regardless of workload. promotions do not equal a raise. I was promoted and was given a larger workload and was still making the same amount as new employees who did not have a large workload. the "higher ups" are not friendly or approachable. both managers give people major attitude and talk down to people/make you feel dumb if you ask a question. also, if you're working hard they do say good job, but unfortunately if they see someone else not answering the phones and not doing their work (ie: texting, surfing the web) they won't reprimand them.
