Cons
The high rate of turnover speaks for itself - there is a reason why employees stay no longer than, on average, a few months. At any other company, what happens at ISG would be an HR nightmare. Business is conducted in a sloppy, unethical manner - which is sad considering the employees are all amazing and try really hard to do well. The draw rollover makes it IMPOSSIBLE to make any commission, when it’s advertised that making commission is the incentive to work hard. There is a tardy policy, weekly report cards, and babysitters watching over your every move. There was no communication as to why pay was days late three times in row and our W2’s were given out over a month late. There is a non compete on all of our files that no one was ever told about or actually signed themselves. Oh also, the CEO made all of us give 5 star reviews. Do not fall for anything good you might see about this company because it was literally part of our job one day to say something positive about ISG. How this company has lasted this long (and how they convince companies to let ISG recruit for them) is beyond me. My advice to potential employees is to not fall for leadership selling you on a great culture and the possibility of commission when in reality you will be left feeling stressed, anxious, and constantly concerned about the stability of your job
