Pros
- Thoughtful leadership with clear goals for each team. - Allows for direct access to Sr. Management and the CEO. - Transparent communication during monthly all-company Townhall meetings including company strategy, product roadmap, overall Q&A session, etc. - Work-life balance has been the best I've had in many many years! - Putting in the work feels really good in a place where it's acknowledged and recognized. I enjoy seeing the impact my efforts have on the company overall. - The company is on an upward trajectory so it's a particularly fun time to be in the mix. - There's encouragement for continual improvement and education for the individual and teams. - The other employees work very hard and seem to really care about their function and teammates.
