Hopefully I can help someone, it's honestly the only reason I'm leaving this review. Startup companies can be a bit unstructured and disorganised, but Alliantist is worse than all that. An EXTREMELY TOXIC environment, it's sad but you get so much bad vibes from staff members that have been there so long, I don't blame them, working with this company can get you really depressed. Their management is nonexistent. You're not valued in any way. I feel sick and not a single word from anyone, they care more about EXPLOITING people to make money. The worse part is the company culture, it's nonexistent, staff members exercise power in the most useless ways, people swear and curse around the office and because there's no management these things go by very easily, even the CEO overlooks these things. I genuinely hope these people get help. Look at other reviews for this company, don't make the same mistake I made ignoring them.
